These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by See-Way More. By booking a tour or shuttle service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website or directly through an authorized See-Way More representative.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Prices are listed per person and include transportation, scheduled stops, and any standard inclusions listed in the tour description.
- Group bookings or private tours may require a deposit. Final payment is due no later than 10 days before departure unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Refunds
Guest cancellations:
- Full refund — 10 or more days before the event
- 50% refund — 8 to 9 days before the event
- No refund — 7 days or less before the event
Operator cancellations:
- If See-Way More cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participation, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Tours operate rain or shine, but in the event of extreme weather, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour for safety reasons.
Minimum Attendance
- Some tours and shuttles require a minimum number of participants to operate. If this minimum is not met, See-Way More will contact you in advance to reschedule or issue a full refund.
Guest Responsibility
- Guests are expected to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point. No refunds will be issued for missed departures.
- Please notify us in advance of any mobility needs, allergies, or dietary restrictions so we can accommodate wherever possible.
- Alcohol may be served on some tours. All participants must be 19+ with valid ID to participate in tastings.
- An adult must accompany children under 18. No Children under the age of 5.
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow instructions given by the tour or driver.
- Guests are expected to keep the shuttle clean and treat the vehicle with respect.
- A minimum $350 cleanup fee will be charged to any guests who vomit, spill food or beverages, or cause excessive mess or damage inside the vehicle.
Parking Notice
- Guests have the choice of free parking at the Cornwall Civic Complex or paid parking throughout the downtown core. The Civic Complex lot is conveniently located near our pickup and drop-off area and is a popular option for visitors.
- Please note that all parking is at your own risk.
- Neither See-Way More, the City of Cornwall, nor the Cornwall Civic Complex shall be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur to vehicles or personal belongings while parked on or near the premises.
- We recommend locking your vehicle and securing any valuables before leaving it unattended.
Safety & Conduct
- See-Way More reserves the right to remove any guest who is disruptive, intoxicated, or endangering others. No refund will be issued in such cases.
- Guests must comply with all local laws, venue rules, and driver instructions throughout the tour.
Liability Waiver
- Participation in See-Way More tours is at your own risk. By booking, you acknowledge that See-Way More, its staff, and partners are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or delay incurred during the tour.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during the tour.
Photography & Media
- See-Way More may take photos or videos during tours for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in advance.
Custom Tours
- Custom or private tours are subject to additional planning time and pricing. Final itineraries must be confirmed at least 14 days before the tour date.
- Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
Personal Property
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
- See-Way More is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, including items stored on the shuttle.
Force Majeure
- See-Way More is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
- Any disputes arising from participation in a See-Way More tour will be subject to Ontario jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
- Information collected during booking (e.g., name, email, postal code, gender, age) is used to manage reservations and improve guest experience.
- We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking and participating in a See-Way More tour, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We encourage all guests to read this document carefully before confirming a reservation.
