1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
I acknowledge that participation in a See-Way More experience, including but not limited to shuttle transportation, guided tours, visits to third-party businesses (e.g., breweries, wineries, museums, farms), and outdoor activities (e.g., cycling transport), involves inherent risks. These risks may include:
• Transportation-related injuries or accidents
• Slips, falls, or physical strain
• Weather-related hazards
• Allergic reactions (food, plants, insects)
• Injuries during loading/unloading or walking at stops
• Risks related to alcohol consumption (if applicable)
• Interaction with other guests or third-party staff

I understand and voluntarily accept all such risks, whether anticipated or not.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate in a See-Way More experience, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, fully release, discharge, and hold harmless See-Way More, Jayzart Inc., its owners, operators, employees, drivers, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for:
• Personal injury
• Property damage or loss
• Death
• Any other harm or expense arising from my participation whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. HEALTH & ALCOHOL DISCLOSURE
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and do not have any condition that would put myself or others at risk. If alcohol is served during the tour:
• I am of legal drinking age (19+ in Ontario)
• I will consume responsibly
• I understand that See-Way More is not responsible for the actions or decisions I make while under the influence
• Transportation may be denied if I appear intoxicated or unfit to travel, without refund

4. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize See-Way More staff to secure emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am financially responsible for any such care.

5. PROPERTY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS
I am solely responsible for my personal items. See-Way More is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, including bicycles transported via trailer.

6. THIRD-PARTY EXPERIENCES
I understand that some activities occur on the premises of independent third-party businesses. See-Way More is not responsible for conditions or incidents that occur at these locations.

7. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
I grant permission for See-Way More to use photographs or video of me taken during the experience for promotional or commercial use, unless I indicate otherwise in writing before the tour.

8. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
I understand and agree to See-Way More’s published cancellation policy, which outlines timelines for refunds and penalties for no-shows. Tours may be cancelled or altered due to weather, safety, or insufficient registration.

9. PARTICIPANT DECLARATION
By acknowledging above, I confirm that I:
• Have read and fully understand this waiver
• Am voluntarily participating
• Am at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent below)
• Accept full responsibility for my actions

Public shuttles require 10+ guests. See-Way More may cancel if the minimum isn’t met (full refunds issued).

The See-Way More bus tour allowed me to explore my own backyard in a way I never have before. Just a short bus ride took us to an entirely new world where we got to explore a beautiful local vineyard followed by a unique shopping experience at an iconic local store (which I have passed by for decades but never took the time to go into, until now). We’re so lucky to have such amazing gems so close to home and now See-Way More does the legwork to bring us wonderful, well-planned day trips which allow you to sit back, enjoy and explore! The overall experience was smooth, fun and memorable. Five stars!
